The semester is winding down as exams ended yesterday and grades are being finalized for this semester. We’ve got one more feature to share before we all head off for Thanksgiving Break tomorrow. Instructors will be able to batch edit dates across multiple Sakai tools at once in Sakai 20, coming December 3rd!
Batch Edit Dates in Date Manager
The Sakai 20 Site Info tool will have a new Date Manager that allows you to edit multiple dates across tools at once! This can be especially helpful if you’re reusing content from old course sites or want to hide items from students at the beginning of the semester. You can batch edit dates in these tools:
- Announcements
- Assignments
- Calendar
- Forums
- Gradebook
- Lessons
- Resources
- Sign-up
- Tests & Quizzes
New Manage Participants Page
You will also find that the site membership Participant List is in a new location in the Site Info tool. Look for the new Manage Participants tab in the top menu, where you’ll be able to filter site membership by group!
