Conference Day #1 on October 5 will conclude with the keynote address:

Influence Beyond Your Box
Based on race, gender, education or job function, society and organizations put us into different boxes and tag us with stereotypes. Even more damaging, however, are the boxes we unconsciously put ourselves in. In this keynote address, Jia teaches organizations and individuals how to lead and influence beyond their boxes.

But by not even asking, we are rejecting ourselves by default—and probably missing out on opportunity as a result.” – Jia Jiang
