Gradescope logoGradescope is an alternative tool instructors can use to administer and grade online or digitized paper-based assignments and assessments. This includes open-ended or multiple-choice questions and what instructors are now using in their classroom on exams with bubble sheets. Gradescope is particularly useful in courses with multiple instructors as it allows for collaborative grading. Co-instructors can grade the same test together in real time, using an adaptable rubric. Gradescope is integrated with both of our supported learning management systems, Canvas and Sakai.

Attend a Gradescope Workshop

The Gradescope vendor team is offering a workshop series this month on different use cases and course formats. The sessions are focused on modernizing assessment across all classroom formats and exam types while getting the most out of the learning management system an instructor is using. All instructors and TAs are invited to attend! If you’re unable to attend a session, you’re welcome to still register to get access to the workshop recording. Register for the Gradescope workshops that interest you!
