We’re excited to announce that the CFE Showcase on Teaching is returning in Spring 2025!
For 15 years, this popular event has brought together instructors from all over campus to share their wisdom, learn from each other, and celebrate teaching at Carolina. The Showcase highlights amazing teaching at Carolina and we invite you to be a part of it. The event is open to all UNC instructors, as well as faculty, staff, and students with instructional support roles. Our ITS Educational Technologies team is thrilled to once again be a part of the Showcase, led by the Center for Faculty Excellence.
The Showcase will be held March 20-21. We will kick off with in-depth virtual sessions on the afternoon of Thursday, March 20, followed by a full day of in-person programming on Friday, March 21. The in-person events will include breakfast, lunch, a keynote address, remarks from Provost Chris Clemens, a prize raffle, and of course, presentations from instructors on their innovative teaching practices! We are excited to be holding the in-person events in the Student Union this year. We hope this location will make it easier for instructors to drop in and out of sessions as you may be teaching throughout the day.
